When you find the right pillow it is like finding your one true love. It doesn’t look much like a pillow so we weren’t sure how it could be the ultimate travel pillow but once you try it out you will understand exactly why it made this list. The Travelrest pillow offers you full lateral support for your upper body. This is important because it allows your body to relax which means you will be able to sleep really well while on an airplane, train, bus or in a car. It is an inflatable neck pillow, so you can inflate it to suit your specific needs and when you have arrived at your destination you easily deflate it and pack it away, saving space in your luggage.
You can wear the pillow in two different ways, like a messenger bag across your torso or down the side. Either way, your neck will be supported and your head will not fall forward. This pillow claims to be the best pillow for travel. We aren’t sure if it is the best but it certainly is a strong contender. They have recently introduced a new, improved version of this pillow with a built-in removable insert. This allows you to adjust the thickness of the pillow to suit your unique and specific needs regardless of where you are sleeping. The memory foam that has been used is the highest quality and molds to your neck to offer you support while you are sleeping.
The cover can be easily removed so you can machine wash it after every trip. The elastic strap allows you to easily attach it to your luggage so it does not take up space in your suitcase and you don’t have to worry about carrying an extra item.
